These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "GTC") are intended to define the terms and conditions under which Paylo makes available to its users (hereinafter "Users") its rental management platform, accessible via the website and mobile applications.
Access to the service is subject to these terms and conditions. By accessing the Paylo website at the following URL: paylo.ci, the user agrees to all the terms and conditions described below.
2. Access to Services
The Service is accessible free of charge to any User with internet access. All costs related to accessing the Service, whether hardware, software or internet access fees, are the sole responsibility of the user.
Paylo offers two types of accounts:
Tenant Account: Free access to payment, receipt and messaging features.
Owner Account (Paylo Pro): Access to management tools, payment tracking, and document generation. Some features may require a subscription.
3. User Account
Access to certain services requires the creation of an account. The User agrees to provide truthful and accurate information regarding their civil status and contact details, including their email address.
The User is responsible for updating the information provided. They are advised that they can modify it by logging into their member area.
To access the Service, the User must log in using their username and password, which are strictly personal and confidential.
4. User Commitments
The User agrees to use Paylo's services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and these Terms of Service. In particular, the User is prohibited from:
To use the services for illegal or illicit purposes.
To disrupt or attempt to disrupt the operation of the service.
To infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Paylo or third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Paylo website (texts, images, logos, software, etc.) are protected by copyright, trademark law, and/or all other intellectual property rights. These elements are the exclusive property of Paylo.

7. Termination
The User may terminate their account at any time. Paylo reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's account in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, either temporarily or permanently.
