How to delete your account?
In accordance with the GDPR, Paylo allows you to request the complete deletion of your account and associated data.
Please send us a request by email with the subject line "Account deletion request".

Types of data deleted
Once your request is processed, the following data is permanently deleted from our active servers:
Profile information: Name, email address, phone number, profile picture.
Authentication data: Passwords (hashed) and login tokens.
Property data (for owners): Information about your registered properties.
Documents: Leases, condition reports, and receipts not subject to a legal retention requirement.
Data Retention
Certain data may be retained for a legally defined period, even after account deletion, to meet our regulatory obligations (tax, accounting, or legal):
Transaction History: Retained for 5 to 10 years in accordance with applicable financial laws.
Invoices and Proofs of Payment: Archived for accounting purposes.
Security Logs: Temporarily retained (up to 12 months) to prevent fraud.
This data is securely archived and is no longer used for commercial or marketing purposes.
